Impotence: CAM Therapies for Specific
Conditions
- Ginseng has long been used to treat impotence.
Ginseng is an adaptogenic herb that improves the function of the adrenal glands
and enables the body to respond more favorably to stressors. It is also believed
to increase circulation.

treat prostate disorders, including those that contribute to impotence. Several

enlarged prostate but urinary flow is improved without a reduction in actual
size.
